'Platform' means the Edu for All website, Graphy learning platform and future mobile applications. 'Creator' means Edu for All by CA/CMA R. Kumar. 'Content' includes recorded lectures, PDFs, notes, question banks, videos and all educational resources.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the Platform with the consent of a parent/legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate registration details.

4. Registration & Account

Access is provided through your registered email ID/mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

5. Course Packages

The Platform currently offers Self Study Kit, Exam Ready Course, Concept Master Course and Regular Master Course. Features of each package are described on the respective course page and may be updated from time to time.

6. Course Access

Courses are delivered digitally through the website/Graphy platform. Android application may be introduced in future. Unless otherwise specified, courses provide lifetime access subject to continued availability of the platform and compliance with these Terms.

7. Free Lectures

Free lectures on YouTube or the website are intended to help learners experience the teaching methodology. They remain protected by copyright and may not be copied or redistributed.

8. Intellectual Property

All videos, handwritten notes, PDFs, question banks, graphics, logos, branding, website content and other educational resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Edu for All by CA/CMA R. Kumar and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

9. Anti-Piracy

Screen recording, downloading, copying, sharing, uploading to Telegram, Google Drive, WhatsApp, YouTube or any other platform, selling or distributing any part of the course or study material without written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to immediate suspension without refund and appropriate legal action.

10. Permitted Use

Purchased content is licensed only for your personal, non-commercial educational use. No ownership rights are transferred.

11. Learner Responsibilities

Use the Platform lawfully, respect other learners, refrain from abusive behaviour, hacking, malware, spam or any activity affecting the Platform or other users.

12. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Prices, discounts, coupons and promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

13. Refunds

Refunds, cancellations and related conditions are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.

14. Course Updates

Edu for All may update, improve, replace or reorganize lectures, notes and course structure to enhance learning without prior notice.

Educational content is provided for learning purposes. We do not guarantee examination results, ranks, employment or professional outcomes. Individual performance depends upon personal effort and preparation.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edu for All shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or inability to access it.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
